At BCE, we believe that adhering to recognized frameworks helps our stakeholders better understand our efforts. The following are the frameworks and standards we follow or support, as well as some indices in which we are listed. We were also recognized by a variety of organizations for our initiatives.

Diversity and inclusion

At Bell, we don’t just accept difference – we celebrate it. We are proud of our focus on fostering an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace where all team members and customers feel valued, respected and supported.  

We also take great pride in supporting diverse suppliers. Bell was recently named Corporation of the Year by the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC) for our support of supplier diversity and promotion of Indigenous and visible minority-owned suppliers. Bell’s supplier diversity program was also named the most improved by Women Business Enterprise Canada, reflecting our focus on promoting women-owned suppliers as we continue to build a more inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace. We are also a proud supporter of the United Nations Target Gender Equality objectives.
